Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 14:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you can still use the hotel equipment. Check-in is not possible after 22:00. Rooms must be free by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Deposit

Upon online reservation, 30% will be immediately charged to a credit card.  The total price of your stay will be pre-authorized on your card as a guarantee.  The charge will occur automatically, from 15 days prior to the arrival date, or during your stay.

Should you arrive without a reservation, you may pay the day you leave in cash or with a credit card (ATM, Visa, MasterCard).  A pre-authorization on the credit card will be required upon arrival. You can also pay the entire bill by bank transfer prior to arrival.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations up to 45 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 30%,

For discounted room reservations with a discount code, price reductions, “special offers” or with the text "not refundable", to total price may be debited to the card in any moment, and the cancellation fee is 100%.

In case of written cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 50%, later than that, it is 100%.  To avoid unpleasant inconveniences, we suggest purchasing travel insurance upon reservation with Allianz Booking Protection.

 

Check-in / Checkout :    

Arrival – from 14:00 to 22:00 (Check-in is not possible after 22:00)  

Departure – from 07:30 to 10:00 (Rooms must be free by 10:00 on the day of departure)

General Notes

Please note: the hotel does not have an elevator.  For binding reservations and for all other aspects non explicitly covered in this venue, the provisions of Italian legislation relative to the hotel contract are applied.

SMOKING: We remind our guests that smoking is prohibited inside our hotel, particularly in your room.

RECEPTION: The Reception Desk is open from 8:30 to 22:00

Small animals (max. 5 Kg.) allowed upon request at a price of € 5.00 per day.

When booking half or full board, please note that drinks are not included.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
